Victoria is a native Michigander who believes in getting by on gratitude and eating dessert first. She was the kid who asked why the sky’s blue, and her deep sense of wonder hasn’t aged a day over seven. She’s a sucker for eighties power ballads, soaking up wisdom from senior citizens, and capturing stories (whether in 5 or 5k words). Fluent in dog voice, home remedies, and defense of the Oxford comma.
She shares her lifelong love of capturing strewn words with brands that seek to connect simply and clearly with their audiences. Rooted in her belief that words are the magnets of human connection, she creates authentic content and strategies that guide users from A to B, from click to order, from long-time listeners to first-time callers.
Victoria holds a BA in Creative Writing from Oakland University, where she’s published poetry, and an MA in English (Rhetoric and Composition) from Auburn University. She’s taught postsecondary English literature and composition and written for Silicon Valley tech companies, national medical groups, nonprofits, small businesses, award-winning creative agencies, and one of the most prestigious universities in the world. She is also a yoga teacher (RYT-200) and a passionate advocate of body literacy.
Victoria is currently taking on limited copywriting, content strategy, and academic editing projects.
